Here is an example of how a show will appear in the guide:

This is just an general example. Each show is different. Some shows do not have an email address, some do. Some shows are juried and some are not. Sometimes the date of the show will not be set at the time that the current version of the booklet was printed, so it will just say "November (TBA)" meaning the date is "to be announced". If this is the case, there will usually be a notation letting you know when the date will be set. For example, it will say, "Please call in June for date of show." In any case, the listing will always point you in the right direction when you are looking for shows!
